Why implementation and your website are free
Because the risk should be ours, not yours. Agencies charge between $2,500 and $15,000 just to set up the system, and the website is extra; the client pays before seeing any result. We set up both at no cost and charge the monthly fee only while it works for you. If it stops working for you, you stop paying. That simple.
Frequently asked questions
What if I only want one solution?
That works too: $100 a month. But it rarely comes alone: whoever misses calls also misses messages, and fixing only one side leaves the leak open.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. You pay month to month and cancel whenever you want.
How long until it is running?
Days, not weeks. Setup is automated: what is a month-long project at other agencies is, here, configuring your business on top of something already built.
Are 500 minutes enough?
That is about 200 answered calls a month. Most businesses have minutes left over. If you go over, each extra minute is $0.25, and if you are going over it is because you are getting far more calls than before.
What if I need more than three solutions?
Each additional one is $100 a month, and you can add them whenever you want.
What does the price include besides the software?
Setup, adjustments, support, your website (up to 5 pages, with hosting) and the permits needed to text your customers in the US. All of that is included. The only extras are your domain and call minutes above 500 per month.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
From the sixth month on, the site is yours: if you cancel, we hand over the files so you can host it wherever you want. If you cancel earlier, the site comes down along with the plan. The domain is always in your name.
